With all due respect to the inspirational Mr Oliver, turning out healthy, delicious family suppers in 15 minutes can seem like an impossible act to follow. Most of the chefs in our team are busy working parents. Despite professional skills, few have much time – or energy – to spend on cooking at home. In this class we share 7 bullet-proof, delicious, made-from scratch, 15-minute recipes as well as a couple of ultra quick, yet indulgent, desserts.
A majority of the recipes based on animal protein comes in a vegetarian version and both will be cooked during the class to facilitate family preferences
All recipes suit younger cooks to encourage shared cooking at home

Chicken/Aubergine Parmigiana, sautéd garlic greens
Herb crusted lamb chops, speedy Dauphinoise potatoes, green beans
Oyakadon – Japanese rice bowl with chicken/mushrooms
Banana and peanut butter ice cream with chocolate sauce
Yoghurt and fresh raspberry Crème Caramel
We start with coffee and cake from our next door café and finish off with lunch and wine from our spectacular Italian wineries.
