Our Master Baker Clare Bermingham’ s series of Breads of the World classes have gone straight to the top of most popular classes – and no wonder when you see what we produce!
Cordon Bleu trained Clare focuses this class on the breads of Spain, the Middle East and North Africa. We make wonderful Spanish Pan Rustico and Pan de Leche, a gorgeous Challa teaching you how to create a stunning large platted bread and some typical North African flat breads.
The class includes welcom coffee/tea and cake, full recipe packs, lunch with wine and plenty of bread to bring home.
