Authentic Mexican Food

Mexican food is so much more than Tacos and Tortillas. The cuisine has roots around the world and is known for intense flavors, colourful presentation, unique spicing and seasoning. This class will offer traditional dishes as well as new modern classics. We will welcome you with our rather legendary house Margarita before we embark on a menu of fresh, aromatic and surprising dishes. The menu changes with the seasons but typical dishes include a classic Ceviche made from super fresh scallops and white fish in from Billingsgate that morning, Salmon Vera Cruz with tomatoes, jalapeños and olives and we usually end in spectacular pyrotechnic style with a dessert of mangoes flambéed in Tequila.
This is a fun menu which lends itself to be cooked communally. Come alone and meet other foodies or bring some of your friends along.
We stock our fridges with Corona for this class, but also include our usual house wines and soft drinks.
As usual, a full recipe pack is included.
