Spain on a plate

Anybody who has had the good fortune to sample tapas in Madrid, Seville or San Sebastián; classic Paella in Valencia; a truly spectacular Tortilla or warm churros will no doubt start to salivate at the very thought. Our chef Claire Bermingham spends a lot of time cooking in Spain and she has designed this menu together with our own Madrileña Nathalie.
Allowing for seasonal changes in our local and organic supplies, this class will include a selection of the following dishes:
Salmorejo – an Andalucian soup similar to Gazpacho, Albondigas in saffron, Empanadas, Tortilla, Assorted pinchos and pinchitos, Garbanzos and Crema Catalana.
