Cookery School founder Tine Roche is one of the chefs on the Simply Good Food TV network. We are thrilled to introduce fellow SGTV chef Sabrina Zeif as a regular guest chef and tutor.
Sabrina is a talented and vibrant cook whose colourful international background strongly influences her original style of cooking. Born in Trinidad, Sabrina’s Caribbean roots cover a fiery fusion of Indian, Chinese, African, Portuguese, Spanish, British, Syrian, Lebanese,
South American and Creole cultures and cuisines.
Sabrina adopts the Caribbean spirit of fun, laughter and never taking things too seriously at her events. Her food is delicious and her presentation never short of stunning. She recently featured on BBC Radio Shropshire alongside Nigella Lawson.
