Tapas Master class with Estafania Led Ramon – see Early Bird offer

We are delighted to welcome Estefania to our group of talented guest chefs. She has created a Catalan menu which goes beyond bar snacks and includes a main course as well as a classic Crema Catalana.
During the class we will make three of Estefania’s favourite tapas:
Gazpacho with crispy Serrano ham
Fried aubergine with honey
Pinxto of piquillo pepper with prawns
This will be followed by Tuna Marmitako and Crema Catalana.
