Japanese home cooking with Hitomi Kerr

Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017, 6.30-10.30pm

Our Cordon Bleue trained Japanese chef Hitomi welcomes you with tea, coffee and Macha cake before sharing some of her family recipes from her childhood in northern Japan. The menu varies with the seasons, but will offer dishes such as Ginger Pork; Grilled vegetables with Dashi, soy, grated mooli and ginger; home made Miso soup; Chicken with sake, garlic and ginger, lazy Sushi and Macha Swiss roll with Azuki paste and cream.

The class will finish with a sit down lunch of the food created, cold Asahi beer and wine. Full recipe packs are included as usual.
