We are thrilled to welcome this year’s Master Chef finalist Giovanna Ryan to the Cookery School for two pop-up weekends in September and November.
Giovanna will run a hands on Italian class inspired by the family recipes and style of contemporary Italian cooking which took her to the final round of this year’s Master Chef competition.
Like all our classes, this is a hands on class, under Giovanna’s supervision and lunch with wine is included.
Giovanna will share her personal story of how her Italian heritage led her to enrol in Master Chef and how it took her to the final round, what it is like for an amateur cook to work in high end professional kitchens and what it has meant for her to be a Master Chef finalist.
She will then guide you through a hands on class including
Jerusalem artichoke soup with Jerusalem artichoke crisps
Pumpkin Ravioli with sage beurre noisette
Fennel panna cotta with black currant ice cream and candied almonds
