2016  proved to be a very positive year for the growth of our boutique culinary trips to the parts of Italy and Scandinavia that we love and know intimately. 2017 is shaping up to be another good year.  Our Secret Italy Slow Food Trail is already fully booked and we have several bookings for our other trips.

Our homes away from home are the Marche region of Italy; small, mountainous and unspeakably beautiful with gorgeous wines and exquisite produce and Stockholm, which we know like the back of our own hand and dive deep into indigenous traditions such as foraging for wild mushrooms and baking in wood fired ovens, and of course, enjoying “Fika”!

“We tasted Acacia honey and deep fried Acacia flowers as guests of the Paci family who set up a spread in the shade under the gazebo, all 3 generations of the family in attendance and everything of their own production, from the wine to the artichokes, wild asparagus and the Crostata made with their own jams. Their friendliness and warmth made us feel like old friends”. Gill

“You make everything seem so effortless and seamless as the group drifts from one great activity to the next which is is even better than the last. It is obvious how much work goes into researching all the best places to visit so that when guests join the trip,  absolutely every moment is spent doing something truly great” Katharine

Details of each trip’s itinerary may be subject to minor changes. We will inform you if this occurs.
